Please allow between 3–4 working days for your order to arrive. If more than 5 days have passed, please contact us at the.shiffa.home@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

For international orders, our aim is delivery within 5–7 working days. However, please note that shipping can take up to 15 days, depending on customs processing and factors beyond our control.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection, the shipping costs are non-refundable. A refund will only be issued for the product price once the parcel has been returned in good condition. If you would like the order to be re-sent, new shipping costs will apply.
