Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Shiffa Home. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
- You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products unless they are faulty.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent, faulty item).
Failed Deliveries / Uncollected Parcels
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-collection, we will refund the product price only.
- Shipping costs in these cases are non-refundable.
- If you would like the parcel to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, where applicable.
