Per 2-capsule serving:

• Myo-Inositol – 1000mg
• D-Chiro-Inositol – 25mg
• L-Methylfolate – 100mcg
• Vitamin D2 – 5mcg (200 IU)
• Chromium (as chromium picolinate) – 12.4mcg
• Zinc (as zinc sulphate) – 10mg
• Shatavari extract – 100mg
• Manjistha extract – 50mg

Serving size: 2 capsules.

Available sizes: 60 and 120 capsules.

Suggested use: Take 2 capsules daily with water, or follow the directions on the product label.
