Magnesium is a very important mineral for the body's function. Although it is the 4th most abundant mineral in the body, a decrease in magnesium may occur with age. For this reason, it is recommended to take the three most effective forms externally.

Ingredients: 

Tri-magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium malate, maltodextrin, lactose monohydrate (from milk), starch, polyvinylpyrrolideone-vinyl acetate copolymer (E1208), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b), pyridoxine HCL (vitamin B6), VitaminD3 preparation.

Recommended usage:

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day for adults aged 11 and over.
