Melatonin: is a sleep hormone produced by the body and prepares the body for sleep. It is also called the dark hormone. The secretion of this hormone increases in the dark, and melatonin levels are low during the day. Since it is sensitive to light, its release decreases with daylight.

Suggested use:

It is recommended for adults aged 18 and over to take 1 tablet per day. It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women and people under 18 years of age. While using this product, a car, machinery should not be used and alcohol should not be consumed. It should not be used for more than two months.
