• Quercetin – 800mg (standardised to 95% pure quercetin from Sophora japonica leaf extract)
• Bromelain – 240mg (from pineapple stem, 2400 GDU/g)

Also listed on the label: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), vitamin D (cholecalciferol) and zinc (from zinc ascorbate).

Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose capsule and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
